How You Can Use Underground hypnosis In Everyday Situations
But what is conversational hypnosis, you might ask? Could it be real and may it be used?
Conversational or, as it is sometimes called covert hypnosis is extremely real and you will learn how to use it. One of the main reasons people learn to use this type of hypnosis would be to influence people subtly and indirectly.
Milton Erickson, a noted psychotherapist, believed trance states were an all natural phenomena that people slipped in and out of several times a day. With this knowledge, Erickson discovered that if he used indirect suggestions having a bit of confusion, timing and rhythm in his rapport with folks, he could induce them into trance hypnotic states.
You will find three stages used in conversational hypnosis. The first stage is creating a rapport with the subject. The aim is putting yourself comfortable, allowing the topic to get comfortable and be at ease with you. It is a subtle trust issue of letting the topic feel at home conversing with you. This also allows the subject being receptive for you and that is important.
The 2nd stage of underground hypnosis is more tricky. It takes you to throw some mild confusion in to the conversational stew. Nothing dramatically alarming, but enough confusion to throw the subject off balance.
As an example, the person might be discussing an accidents involving someone both of you know. Suddenly you interject a point the individual mentioned, yet you repeat it back to the topic as happening differently. Once the subject attempts to correct you, you accept what he said the first time, serving as should you be in agreement all along.
To confuse is to put someone inside a vulnerable state. You are throwing them unawares. In this state of confusion, the topic has become vulnerable and open to suggestion. With an unconscious level, the subject wants resolve from being confused and is open to solutions to escape this state of affairs the subject is now in.
The third stage has everything related to timing. While the subject continues to be in a state of confusion, the subject is also distracted. It is within this unconscious, distracted state that of the question of opportunity delays that you should plant your suggestion.
Remember, underground hypnosis is subtle. If it is your boss at the office you're setting up to hit for a raise, don't mess it up with, "By the way, you need to give me that raise instead of Julie from accounting." The suggestion is not subtle and will bite you real fast.
Conversational or covert hypnosis works, but not on everyone. The process takes practice in some areas of the stages. Also, knowing how to properly browse the subject is important before trying this technique in it. Everyone is different, understanding that difference goes a long way to inducing a subject properly.
If underground hypnosis sounds interesting, something you intend to explore deeper, there are several good publications on the market that address this topic in great detail.
